Kiara De-Luke Academy is a Technical and Vocational institution established by an international consulting firm in partnership with Logistics De-Luke Group of Companies. Our aim is to bridge the gap between educational institutions and the industry in Nigeria.
Our Education for Employment (E4E) programme provides courses that are tailored around the production processes and procedures of various factories within the Logistics De-Luke Group of Companies using a modern apprenticeship delivery format linked to production units.
This format offers a proven method for the conversion and channeling of the latent energy and potential inherent in our youths into active workforce that is financially active and useful to the nation in general and individual communities in particular.
The expected outcomes for our graduates are either self-employment or employment in public and/or private sectors of the economy.

1. Logistics De-Luke Industries
Logistics De-Luke Limited is an industrial conglomerate renowned for quality products and services. The organization has as its core objectives to include but not limited to capacity building, job creation, integrity, promotion of government policies, excellence, and application of global best practices. With fully equipped state of the art modern equipment, the organization’s key business operational areas include the following areas:
- Steel and Metalwork Fabrication: Production of Steel and metalwork needed for industrial and private steel and metal projects ranging from building project, construction works of all types including sheet leg, scaffolding, gates, stainless steel hangers etc.
- Furniture and Woodwork Manufacturing: We specialize in the manufacture of all furniture requirements including School furniture, office, factories and any furniture production.

2. Abia State Education For Employment (E4e) Programme
KIDA is partnering with Abia State Education for Employment (E4E) programme to train unemployed youths in Abia State trades.
Abia State is establishing Education for Employment (E4E) programme to provide education and support through which youth are linked directly to the sector or self-employment through planned linkages with industries and communities and their organizations.
The E4E programme has registered and profiled 30,000 unemployed youths across 17 Local Government Areas of the State. It has trained 500 of them in ICT for Practitioners’ Course and many of them are now employed.
It has commenced arrangements to train 4000 participants in 8 different skills areas including: Garments and Textile Crafts, Hospitality, Beauty Therapy and Hair Care, Building and Construction, Waste Management, Fabrication and Welding and Health and Social Care.
